- Source Segregation Implementation Customized implementation modules for apartments, commercial establishments and schools.
- Baseline Survey A rapid baseline assessment to generate information on knowledge, attitude and practices.
- IEC Content Development Information, Education & Communication (IEC) material for source segregation as knowledge kits for RWAs, schools and informal sector.
- Media and Events Engagement with the larger community to spread the program.
- Policy Level Interventions Working closely with Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) by sharing best practices, supporting knowledge enhancement through intensive workshops for officials, making policy recommendations in alignment with SWM Rules 2016.
- Waste Worker Program Engaging with waste workers to provide training and formal recognition by MCG. Conducting awareness programs and getting waste workers trained on segregation, health and safety.
