Tetra Pak is one of the world's leading suppliers of liquid food processing and packaging systems. Together with its customers and suppliers, Tetra Pak contributes to the safe, efficient and environmentally sound production and distribution of liquid foods to the consumers of the world. Tetra Pak has been working to establish a collection & ecosystem in India for close to 20 years now.

Its efforts are organised around three areas :
A. Publishing recycling infrastructure.
B. Ramping up collections by partnering with informal way speakers and use waste management companies.
C. Sensitizing consumers on their role in waste management.
D. Tetra Pak now has a collection & recycling ecosystem of over 30+ collection partners covering 26 States/UTs, and 4 recyclers across India.

Coca-Cola India Pvt Ltd is one of the Country’s leading beverage companies, offering a range of healthy, safe, high quality, refreshing beverage options to consumers. The company is committed to create sustainable and thriving communities through collaborative initiatives between the Government, Private sector and Civil society. Our sustainability projects aim to further strengthen our positive impact on the community, with a special focus on water, agriculture and recycling. This project is an extension of the same endeavor to contribute to the solution of Solid Waste Management in Gurugram.

GIZ provides services worldwide in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ has over 50 years of experience in a wide variety of areas, including economic development and employment, energy and the environment, and peace and security. The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is our main commissioning party, but we also work with the private sector, fostering successful interaction between development policy and foreign trade. This project is supported by BMZ under Development Partnership with the Private Sector in India for waste management sector.
